Your search is over. Forest is amazing. He called the day I contacted him and was able to show up immediately. I know, crazy, right? It took him only two days to waterproof my basement, which usually could have been a five-day project. When he came, I told him I wanted the process installed where the drain goes on my front lawn (which would be about $10,000-$11,000) because I never wanted to deal with water in my basement again. He could have sold me that in a heartbeat, but said no, you don't need that; this kind of basement just needs this. He could have sold me something $4,000 to $4,500 more because I told.him that was what I wanted, but he didn't. I needed seals fixed in the walls, he had a guy, who was very fair with the price. I needed an electrician, he had someone he recommended as well. I'm from the south side of Chicago. I don't trust anyone, but I trusted leaving my key to my house with him while I went to work and he worked on my basement. I don't mean to criticize working people in this profession, but my experience has been, being a homeowner for 25 years, is that everyone I have ever worked with in this profession has done their work and left (a mess). I found water works because the inspector for the house I was buying recommended them. I needed to have sewer line rodded. new hot water tank. rodding of tub and kitchen sink. replace washer tub in laundry and replacement of a very old pipe before it ruptured. Forest has shown up on time every time. he's polite and does great work. I will definitely use water works from now on.

I’m following up my review from last year. Just made another emergency call for a plumbing issue in my bathroom. Waterworks was here within 3 hours and fixed my problem. I am going on 12 years with this company. Just to name a few projects: hot water tank installation, laundry tub installation, removal of basement grease trap. They also installed a basement flood control system that required installation of a sump pump deep in the ground in my front yard. No basement flooding for 12 years. They come out every year to make sure pump is functioning properly. They are just a phone call away when I have stopped up drains. I have complete confidence in Forest Tucker. He knows what he is doing and is always friendly and professional.

This company is awesome. As long as they are in business, I won't use anyone else. The latest project I had them for was to install a new hot water heater. I love that he took the time to make sure I understood how to maintain the heater for optimal performance. The professionalism, knowledge, and pride of workmanship is beyond compare.

Treated my property with respect answered all my questions even fix something that I thought of once they got here on the spot for me I would definitely recommend them to anybody with plumbing problems and I will use them for my future plumbing needs.

Couldn't be happier - This company did an awesome job for our church when a water main broke on a SUNDAY morning! A week later my own kitchen sink backed up in my home. The owner Forest is an awesome plumber who does not forget his clients. Whenever I have contacted him, Forest has responded quickly. I have used them for all my plumbing issues for 11 years. Initial job was installing a basement flood control system. My basement has been dry for 11 years. When I have an emergency, such as busted hot water tank, they were here within 4 hours. Forrest Tucker is always professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

We needed the connection from our plumbing to sewage fixed, and it was urgent. Water Works fixed everything the next day at a reasonable price They also had to dig a deep hole in our back yard, and left the backyard in good shape. We would use them again.

I had my sump pump go out in my house. I was really worried about my basement flooding with all the rain that we've been having. Every single time I have a plumbing issue I’m calling these guys. From ridding pipes replacing toilet replacing hot water heater. They are fast efficient and the price they quote is the price you pay. Very reasonable prices.
